What changes

## A warehouse that thinks for itself.

- ### Purchases with a reason

Every suggestion shows the stock position, thresholds, demand and stockout risk. Accept it and a pre-filled purchase order opens.
- ### Lots that respect quality

Quarantined, approved or rejected right from receiving. Anything not approved is neither shipped nor sent to production.
- ### Alerts that tell you what to do

Expired, expiring, blocked, stockout risk and overstock, each with its cause and the recommended action.

Demand Intelligence

## Inventory that
anticipates demand.

Every night FastOfi reads what actually left each warehouse and decides, item by item, how much you need. No hand-typed mins and maxes.

- Measures your actual consumption: shipments, usage and dispensing. Adjustments do not count as demand.
- Calculates safety stock based on the service level you choose and the supplier lead time.
- Before buying, checks whether another warehouse has excess stock and suggests a transfer.
- Tells you the probability of a stockout and the recommended action, along with its cause.

How it works inside

## The journey of a lot through your warehouse.

Every movement is validated: a lot can only go where it belongs and is only used once quality has approved it.

1. 01 **Receiving**
Against the purchase order, with lot, expiry date and certificate.

     Status: quarantine
2. 02 **Testing**
Quality records the results against the item’s attributes.

     Nobody can use it yet
3. 03 **Approved**
Moves to the materials warehouse with the right movement type.

     Available for FEFO
4. 04 **Dispensed**
Issued by lot to the production order, with a requisition.

     Actual consumption = demand
5. 05 **Traceable**
Every step is sealed in the inventory ledger.

     Exportable as GS1 EPCIS 2.0

FEFO without thinking

## First to expire, first out. Always.

Picking suggests the right lot in walking order and verifies every scan. Expired, rejected or quarantined stock does not ship, even if it is within reach.

- You decide how many days out a lot counts as expiring and when it can no longer be used.
- Each warehouse can have its own windows.
- If you want, every outbound movement creates its own picking task.

Order PV-2207 · Glycerin USP · 40 kg **Which lot does it come from?**
- GL-2410 Expires Aug 14, 2027 Approved
- GL-2415 Expires Oct 2, 2027 Quarantine
- GL-2398 Expires Nov 24, 2026 Approved
- GL-2390 Expires Oct 30, 2026 Not usable
- GL-2402 Expires Feb 11, 2027 Approved

Anything in quarantine or too close to expiry is never shipped. The picker verifies every scan.

WMS by industry

## A WMS that understands the quality status of every lot.

A generic warehouse management system moves boxes. In a regulated plant, it must also prevent a lot that quality has not released from being shipped or consumed.

### Pharmaceuticals

Administrative and technical receiving, quarantine until quality approval, and monitored environmental conditions in every warehouse.

- Lots in quarantine, approved, rejected or on hold
- Temperature and humidity monitoring with excursions
- Transfers between sites with lot traceability

### Cosmetics

Many SKUs, similar packaging and raw materials that expire. The WMS allocates by FEFO and alerts you before anything expires in the warehouse.

- Automatic FEFO in picking and shipping
- Expiry inventory alerts with their cause
- Traceable shipping to the customer

### Food

Short shelf lives and recalls that must be resolved within hours. The WMS records every movement by lot so you can answer where it came from and where it went.

- Backward and forward traceability by lot
- Carrier integration to track shipments
- Picking with verification before shipping

Frequently asked questions

## About the FastOfi WMS.

What is a WMS?
A WMS (warehouse management system) controls receiving, storage, movements, picking and shipping of inventory by location and by lot.

How is it different from inventory software?
Inventory software tracks quantities. A WMS for regulated plants also controls the quality status of each lot, applies FEFO, records environmental conditions and keeps the traceability of every movement.

    Does it integrate with carriers?
Yes. FastOfi integrates with Coordinadora, TCC, Servientrega, Interrapidísimo, 4-72 and Quick to generate waybills and track shipments.

Can it prevent a quarantined lot from being used?
Yes. A lot in quarantine, rejected or on hold cannot be shipped or consumed in production until quality changes its status.

How does it help me avoid running out of stock?
Demand Intelligence learns from your actual consumption and proposes purchases and transfers with their rationale: current position, thresholds, demand and stockout risk.
