Essential and complete features
Start Up and Light run each module in its essential version: what you need to operate and keep your GMP evidence. Full unlocks every feature of each module. If you later need a Full feature, the whole application moves to Full without losing anything.

Implementation
We ask about what you have today and estimate the hours for each workstream. You can set it up on your own with the guides and Sophia, or with a specialist. If a question doesn’t fit, type your answer and Sophia will place it.
Specialist hour
$90,000 + VAT. We use it to estimate and invoice.
2-hour sessions
We work with your team in remote sessions; on-site days are 8 hours long.
Calendar weeks
They depend on how many hours a week your team can dedicate.

We review each module with you in your own trial workspace and fit the scope to your operation.
We give you the proposal in writing. The modules, rates and implementation are set out in the contract’s Technical Note.

You register everyone you need, each with their own account so their trail is recorded. The plan only limits how many can work at the same time.
No. The plan applies to the whole application: if you move to Full, all your modules move to Full.
No: the subscription is not subject to Colombian VAT (IVA). Implementation and video call hours are subject to 19% VAT.
After 12 months your account moves to Light with the same modules and data. From then on, 10 people can work at the same time, and you can add users and Sophia.
No. Many companies get started on their own with the free trial, the tutorials and Sophia. If you’d rather have a specialist set it up with you, you get it quoted by the hour.
Month to month, by autopay on your card (5% off) or for the whole year up front (10% off).
