We want everyone to be able to learn about FastOfi and work with the platform, including people with disabilities. Here we explain what we do, what we still lack, and how to let us know if something does not work for you.

1. Our commitment
FastOfi Corp S.A.S. is committed to making its website and its platform perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for as many people as possible, regardless of their ability, their device or the assistive technology they use.
This commitment is inspired by the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (approved in Colombia by Law 1346 of 2009, Ley 1346 de 2009), by Statutory Law 1618 of 2013 (Ley Estatutaria 1618 de 2013), which guarantees access to information and communications, and by Colombian Technical Standard NTC 5854 on web page accessibility.
2. Scope of this statement
- The public website fastofi.com, including the blog, the demo and free trial forms, and the conversation with Sophia.
- The FastOfi platform used by our customers’ users, and the portals for their patients, customers and suppliers.
The documents that each customer creates within the platform (procedures, forms, records and their PDFs) are the responsibility of whoever prepares them; the platform provides tools to make them legible, but does not control their content.
3. Reference standard and conformance status
We use as our reference the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which is also the level adopted by NTC 5854 in its reference versions.
Current status: partially conformant. We meet a large share of the level AA criteria, but some content does not yet fully meet them. We describe it under Known limitations.
4. What we already do
On the website
- A “Skip to main content” link as the first element when navigating by keyboard.
- Semantic structure: declared page language, ordered headings and named navigation regions.
- Full keyboard navigation, visible focus, and closing of the mobile menu with the Escape key.
- Alternative text on images that convey information; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Respect for the system “reduce motion” preference: if you turn it on, animations are disabled and content never depends on them to be seen.
- Responsive design built for phone, tablet and computer screens, which can be enlarged with the browser zoom.
- Legal documents with a table of contents, text of at least 16 pixels and short lines for easier reading.
- A cookie notice with two equally weighted options, operable by keyboard.
On the platform
- No interface text below 12 pixels, and a minimum contrast of 4.5:1 (level AA) for text.
- Color is never the only carrier of meaning: statuses are always accompanied by text or an icon.
- Touch targets of at least 36 pixels on touch screens, and a bottom bar on mobile to reach actions with your thumb.
- Light mode and dark mode.
- Forms with visible labels, error messages associated with each field, and confirmation before any irreversible action.
- Messages in plain language, without technical jargon.
- Sophia, the platform’s assistant, as a conversational alternative for finding information and completing tasks.
5. Known limitations
We are transparent about what is not yet resolved. We are working on it:
- Videos: some videos on the site and in the help center do not have reviewed captions or a transcript; they rely on YouTube’s automatic captions.
- Product animations and illustrations: some recreations of screens on the site convey visual information that does not always have a complete equivalent text description.
- Complex tables and diagrams on the platform: the process map editor, some diagrams and certain very wide tables may be difficult to navigate with a screen reader or at high magnification.
- Generated PDF documents: the PDFs produced by the platform (certificates, reports, labels) do not always include accessibility tagging.
- Third-party content: integrated external services (for example, embedded videos or linked sites) follow their own accessibility policies.
If any of these issues prevents you from doing something, write to us: we will provide the information or service through an alternative means while we resolve it.
6. Compatibility
The site and the platform are designed for the two latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and for use with the most common screen readers (NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android). They rely on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA.
7. How to report a barrier
If you find something you cannot use, or you have a suggestion, let us know. It helps us to know the page or screen, what you were trying to do, what happened and, if applicable, which browser and assistive technology you use.
- Email: [email protected], with the subject “Accessibility”.
- WhatsApp: +57 333 4340279.
- If you are already a platform user: the help desk within FastOfi.
We will acknowledge receipt within a maximum of two (2) business days and will give you a substantive response or an alternative within the following ten (10) business days.
8. How we assess accessibility
We assess accessibility through self-assessment by the product team: manual review with keyboard and screen reader, automated checking tools, and a design checklist that every new platform screen must pass before it is published. We do not yet have an external audit; when we do, we will say so here.
9. Updates to this statement
We review this statement at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes to the site or the platform. The date of the last review appears at the beginning of this page.
