Quality · Management system
Your management system, alive. Not in binders.
Documents with signatures and confirmed reads, nonconformities that close with their root cause, and audits with the evidence one click away. Your management system stops living in binders.
What changes
Less chasing signatures.
More time to improve.
-
Audits stop being a week of panic
Every document, read, nonconformity and action has an owner, a date and a history. Search it by code and show it on screen.
-
Nonconformities actually get closed
Four stages, each with an owner: evaluation, root cause analysis, actions and effectiveness check. If it was not effective, it goes back to analysis.
-
Everyone knows what is on their plate today
Each person’s pending work arrives in an email at 6 a.m. and shows up on their home screen. Nobody has to chase anybody.
How it works inside
The journey of a nonconformity.
From the moment someone spots it until it is verified that it will not happen again. Each stage notifies its owner, in the app and by email.
-
01
Evaluation
The process owner classifies it (type, severity, ISO 9001 clause) and decides who analyzes it and by when.
Notifies the process owner -
02
Root cause analysis
The team uses 5 Whys, Ishikawa or another method and records the root causes. They can schedule the meeting right from here.
Notifies the analysis team -
03
Actions
Corrective actions to remove the cause, plus improvement actions when needed. Each one is a task with an owner and a due date.
Notifies each owner -
04
Effectiveness check
On the planned date it is reviewed with evidence. If it was not effective, it goes back to analysis; if it was, it is closed.
Notifies the verifier
Document control
A procedure everyone has read. And you can prove it.
The code is generated automatically, each person signs their part and, once approved, it is distributed to the people who use it. Every read is confirmed, with date and version.
